Customer Management: PicoSMS presents an advanced customer management system. PicoSMS allows you to maintain your customer most efficiently.

Reseller Management: Reseller is one the user type of admin. PicoSMS allows the admin to manage reseller users. A white-label reseller is available to start reselling business.

Master Reseller Management: The process of the Reseller or Master Reseller business is almost the same. Master Reseller account allows creating Reseller & Customer where Reseller account allows to creation only Customer.

Plan Management: PicoSMS gives the admin the opportunity to make plans according to user type and the opportunity to create a multilevel plan for each type of user.
