Digital Nature of Products
Because our products (PHP scripts, SaaS source code, etc.) are digital goods delivered via download, they generally cannot be "returned". Once you have downloaded the source code, you have permanent access to the intellectual property.
When a Refund is Applicable
We will provide a refund in the following specific circumstances:
Technical Defects
The product has a confirmed bug or technical issue that our support team cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe (usually 5-7 business days).
Misrepresentation
The product features significantly differ from what was shown in the live demo or product description.
Security Vulnerabilities
A critical security flaw is discovered that makes the product unusable and cannot be patched by our team.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You changed your mind after downloading the code.
- You do not have the technical skills (PHP, Server Mgmt) to install the script.
- You purchased the product by mistake but have already downloaded the files.
- The issue is caused by your hosting environment or 3rd party modifications.
