Because our products are digital and include full source code, all purchases from pcolib.com are final.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

Once the digital product (ZIP file) has been delivered or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if the product was not delivered at all due to a verified technical issue on our side.

3. Support

We provide assistance for installation-related questions, but customization or server-specific issues are outside the scope of the refund policy.
