1. License Agreement
By purchasing a product from Picolib, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software according to the license type purchased:
Regular License
Allows use in one single end product for yourself or one client. The end product cannot be sold to others.
Extended License
Allows use in a single end product (like a SaaS platform) where end users can be charged. Redistribution of source code is prohibited.
2. Usage Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling or redistributing the source code 'as-is'.
- Sharing your license key or account credentials with third parties.
- Using the software for any illegal or unethical activities.
- Claiming original ownership of the software logic/architecture.
3. Product Support
Every purchase includes 6 months of initial technical support. Support covers bug fixes, installation queries, and guidance on core features. It does not include major custom development or 3rd party integrations unless explicitly stated.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not granted once the source code has been downloaded, except in cases of technical defects that our support team cannot resolve. Please review demos carefully before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content on Picolib are the intellectual property of Pico Technology. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the underlying IP.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in license termination without refund.
